Today I packed up koozies with a  custom photo of a beautiful baby cuddled up with his favorite stuffed toy. I don’t even know this little person and these koozies brought a tear to MY eye.   You know, we have this guy in the art department that’s just a wizard with images. Everyday I see him help customers with their artwork to make it ready to print. He does a few simple things that make a big difference. The koozies just look better and everybody is happy. Yesterday he helped a lady put a collage of photos together that would fit on a can koozie. The koozies looked great and the customer was very thankful. These were pictures of her family on vacation at Disney and apparently the folks at Disney World had lost all of her photos.  The collage was a few pictures taken on a family members camera. Sort of made those koozies EXTRA special.

Super Bowl Koozies

I just love reaching the month of March.  Spring vacation parties always keep my job interesting. Parties always involve Koozies and now we have more new styles to choose from. Believe it or not we now have magnetic Koozies. Yes magnetic!!  This is the Koozie everyone is taking to their tailgate party

You want to keep the tailgate clear for the bbq. Usually there’s nowhere to set down your drink. Collapsible koozies fit snugly on a can of soda  or a beer in order to keep the beverage cold and your hands dry. They are available in many colors and can be customized in a variety of ways. The versatility of this simple product has made it extremely popular. Collapsible, easily imprinted and made of durable neoprene , they are often  used as a marketing giveaway for companies to promote themselves or a new product.

Beer Koozies

The style of koozie that fits snugly on a beer bottle with a zipper and a non skid bottom. This beverage holder is perfect for those who prefer to drink their beer from a bottle and are looking for clever ways to keep their hands dry and the beer cold! Your own personal message on the them makes it easy to identify your beverage.Made from neoprene, these make the best quality insulator for your beverage. The neoprene fits the bottle tightly with no inside seam and the rubber bottom helps stop the bottle from sliding and perhaps tipping over. Should the bottle tip and break, the glass becomes enclosed in the neoprene and is easily disposed of safely. This explains the functionality of beer koozies, however be aware of the many impostors available. There are companies producing these made of open celled foam or scuba foam. These cheap sponge impostors were originally produced for inexpensive product promotion or “cheap giveaways”. I’ m never quite sure why companies love to put their name on poor examples of merchandise that ultimately just get thrown away. Being made of Sponge, they have awkward inside seams and usually no non skid bottom. They behave as sponge does, absorbing all of the moisture from the condensation on your beverage and get soaking wet. Not so nice on your hands!! Of course staying wet destroys the thread used on the bulky seams and your cheap beer koozie lives up to its name and falls apart. Sort of like the promotional pen that we've all received that writes for 2 days and then you have to throw it out.

Christmas Koozies

Things are so busy here just before Christmas. It’s my job to set up each of the small orders –you know, count out the koozies, sort the colors. Then I put them with each order to be custom imprinted. There’s no extra charge for assorted colors here so folks have a great time picking from 10 different colors –yes if you order 10 koozies you can have 10 different colors -crazy right? Well, we try to give people extra special service for their special occasion. There are a lot of companies out there printing koozies for Christmas with what we call single color imprints. You know when you are in our koozie store you’ll see you just can’t beat our colorful images. I just packed up bright red koozies custom imprinted with our snow man for a family’s’ Christmas celebration. They looked so festive it just made me hum a little jingle bells!!!!
